What is a Partial Refund?
If some points have already been used within 7 days of purchase, the remaining unused points may be refunded. However, if any unavoidable actual costs arise during the payment process, such costs may be deducted from the refund.In cases where partial cancellation through the original payment method is not possible, the refund may be processed in cash through consultation with the company.
